Video Recap : One of the most important lessons men can learn is to really know your own value. Women peak earlier in life and have a lot of options between the years of about 15-30 years old. Because of this, us men typically see ourselves as lower value than women. However - that is just not the case.

Since women are attracted to a man with status that can protect and provide for her, typically a man GROWS in value over time as he earns more skills, matures, and develops more of a plan for his life.

On the flipside, since men are attracted more to beauty, youth, and fertility, women peak at an earlier age.

Here's the key point though... over time a man can grow his resources and status while maintaining his looks.

A woman's value typically depreciates with age because physical looks and fertility lessen over time.

When a man truly understands this - he realizes that at age 30 he is starting to really increase in value as a woman is starting to (typically) reach her depreciation point. Stay attune to your true value my brothers.
